The accommodation
Our accommodations are located in the ancient building “Palazzo Lazzeretti Concialini” and overlook Piazza Gramsci.
The holiday home Le Logge is composed of three apartments;
“Red” “Blue” and “Orange“,
both recently refurbished to modern standards, but retain several of their unique period features.
It offers a warm and inviting shared lounge, accessible through the main entrance.
The Red and Blue apartament are accessed via a shared lounge:
the Red apartament is on the first floor and the Blue apartament is on the second floor.
The Orange apartament is collocated on the ground floor is around the back of the building.

Cancellation policy and prepayment
Free cancellation and complete refund up to 7 days prior to the arrival date
You will receive a confirmation of your reservation 7 days before your check in date
Mandatory refundable security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €100.00 will be charged on the day of arrival to cover any breakage or damage during your stay in the apartment, as the price does not include incidental expenses you may incur during your stay. These expenses must be paid at check-out. The deposit will be returned upon departure, provided there is no damage.
